Miami-native Chef Nicole Votano is debuting her new delivery-only Italian concept, Alla Vodka Shop, in Chicago. Chef Nicole has teamed up with NBRHD Kitchens powered by REEF, to bring Chicago’s her original Vodka sauce recipe, along with other savory menu items including burrata with roasted red peppers, mini cannoli’s and more. Alla Vodka Shop’s debut in Chicago features a limited-time menu item: the Sundae Alla Vodka. This dish includes three meatballs in Alla Vodka’s sauce, whipped ricotta, topped with micro basil and thinly sliced garlic bread. Alla Vodka Shop’s full menu is now available for delivery via UberEats, Door Dash, GrubHub, and more. The brand will also be celebrating their Chicago launch at this year’s Little Italy Festival (Aug 12-15).
