Dining at Westfield Old Orchard recently expanded with the addition of CUPITOL The Restaurant, a new concept from the team behind Cupitol Coffee & Eatery. The Skokie location, located next to Maggiano’s in the center, marks the fourth Chicagoland location for the family-owned and operated company, which originated in Evanston and has expanded to Streeterville and West Loop.
Cupitol offers European-roasted coffee, fresh baked goods and daytime fare. This new concept offers daytime fare and also introduces an evening dining experience. Starting at 7 a.m., guests can choose from a selection of sweet or savory dishes, including bowls, sandwiches, soups and salads. Beverage options include coffee and espresso-based concoctions, cocktails, milkshakes, teas and juices. After 4 p.m., guests can select from a dinner menu that provides a fusion of European and local flavors, made with locally sourced ingredients. Food offerings are complemented by a curated selection of fine wines and handcrafted cocktails.
