CSK Chicago returns to Lincoln Park with smash burgers, milkshakes, an outdoor patio, and more.
“We are beyond excited to be back open to the community,” shares Owner Erik Baylis. “It’s been a long time coming and the reception we’ve already received from neighbors has been nothing but warm and welcoming. We’re looking forward to creating new memories with everyone while providing delicious and familiar food.”
A fast-casual neighborhood spot, CSK serves up the CSK Burger along with “Not Burgers,” Soft Serve Ice Cream, Milkshakes, and Specialty Ice Cream Treats In addition to bites, guests can also order off a beverage menu featuring beer, wine, and spirits.
“It’s a thrill to be able to share what we do best with the neighborhood again,” shares Baylis. “I’m not a salad guy, but the one we have on our menu is great even for me! The menu is simple but mighty and we guarantee a wonderful experience for everyone.”
The CSK Burger features a quarter pound of a custom blended prime beef that’s cooked smash style and served on a toasted brioche bun with American cheese, house pickles, cola onions, and a signature CSK positivity sauce. The burger is offered as a single or double and is also available as a Beyond Burger. Choose your extra toppings from classic condiments to a pasture-fried egg, thick-cut cherry wood bacon, extra cola onions, and more.
“Not Burgers” include a variety of items including the Chicken Little, a grilled or fried Harvestland all-natural chicken breast with house pickles, chopped iceberg, tomato, CSK positivity sauce, and white cheddar on a butter toasted brioche bun. Tindle Little, using a breaded plant-based chicken patty is also available as a vegetarian and vegan-friendly option. The LP Wedge features an iceberg wedge, tomato, red onion, blue cheese crumbles, thick cut cherry wood bacon, vinaigrette, and blue cheese dressing. Finally, Chicken Tenders round out the mains, marinated and hand breaded before fried to a deep golden brown and served with honey mustard.
For sweet treats, Soft Serve Ice Cream is available in vanilla, chocolate, and vanilla-chocolate swirl along with chocolate or vanilla The Choc it to Me Shake features a chocolate graffiti encrusted glass, chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, M&Ms, chocolate sticks, a chocolate cupcake, Ho-Ho, and chocolate chip ice cream sandwich. The Breakfast of Champions Shake features a Fruit Loop encrusted glass, Fruity Pebble swirled vanilla ice cream, vanilla syrup, cereal marshmallows, a Rice Krispie Treat, powdered sugar donut, and cherry filled Pop Tart. Finally, the CSK Bubble Bath Sundae features a mound of vanilla, chocolate, and swirl ice cream topped with chocolate sauce, caramel, vanilla syrup, M&Ms, sprinkles, cereal marshmallows, and chocolate sticks served in a signature bathtub with a mini rubber ducky and bubbles.
