Crust Brewing, the brewery and dining experience, offering signature beers and handcrafted Neapolitan-style pizzas, will host a Friendsgiving feast Friday, Nov. 18, from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.
For one night only, Executive Chef Jesus Buenrostro will prepare a seven-course meal featuring specialty dishes inspired by the flavors of fall. The menu will consist of savory entrees such as roasted vegetable risotto, braised beef, lamb chop and taco de lechon, each paired with one of Crust Brewing's in-house, handcrafted brews.
“As the holiday season begins, we wanted to host a ‘Friendsgiving’ inspired celebration,” explained Bradley Cool, general manager at Crust Brewing, “It gives friends and families the opportunity to come together and enjoy a delicious, handcrafted meal without the stress of planning or clean up.”
“Though we are known for our signature pizzas, we wanted the menu to showcase the breadth of culinary creations my team and I are capable of,” says Jesus Buenrostro, executive chef at Crust Brewing. “The selection was created with quality seasonal produce that has something for everyone.”
Tickets are now available at $75 each for attendees aged 21+ and can be purchased on Tock.
