Rosemont’s Parkway Bank Park will introduce new dining and entertainment offerings to its visitors this spring with the recent opening of Crust Brewing and the upcoming re-opening of Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar in a brand new location within the entertainment district on April 1.

Crust Brewing—a new, craft pizza restaurant and brewery—is now open in Rosemont’s Parkway Bank Park at 5500 Park Place. In addition to brewing craft beers at its on-site microbrewery, Crust’s Neopolitan-style pizzas are made to order in two exposed pizza ovens. In addition to the restaurant’s  other entrees, salads, wine and cocktails.

Crust Brewing features an environment with both industrial and rustic design elements. Upon entry to the restaurant, visitors will be offered a tasting bar with wine and beer flights. Other offerings include two private event spaces accommodating up to 50 people, semi-private spaces for up to 150 people and an outdoor patio with both dining and lounge style seating.

Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar will re-open its Rosemont location on April 1 in an all-new 5,800 square foot space adjacent to Crust Brewing at 5510 Park Place.
