Chef Hector Rivera's menu will feature Beef Tamal with Chorizo Corn Hash to start, followed by Sopa y Pozole con Pollo, choice of entree (Bone-in Pork Chop with Guajillo Tamarind Sauce; Sea Bass with Habanero Mango Salsa) and Guava Flan to finish.
