Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is bringing its concept to Morton Grove with its newest location slated to open March 29th at 6731 Dempster Street. The Morton Grove location is the privately-owned company’s 14th in Illinois, and it’s 45th nationwide with four more to open by years end. In addition, Cooper’s Hawk hired nearly 100 people within the community, hiring front of the house and back of the house positions.
Says Founder Tim McEnery, “We are honored to be a part of this community and look forward to serving in-person. Our staff has been meticulously trained to take every precaution to accommodate diners while keeping them and our staff safe while we will also offer carry-out, curbside and delivery options.”
As with every Cooper’s Hawk location, the new Morton Grove restaurant offers wine tasting, a wine club, a wine shop with wines and accessories, and an eating area suitable for both dining and business meetings. The menu features dishes that pair with all Cooper’s Hawk wines.
