Craft Cocktails Bar / Lounge Happy Hour Asian Evanston

Class is in session! Koi Fine Asian Cuisine in downtown Evanston will hold a handcrafted cocktail class in their lounge on Thursday, January 11.
Participating guests will learn how to create six libations (detailed
below) while enjoying small plates, such as spring rolls, crab rangoon
and sushi. The fee to participate is $25. Tickets may be purchased

Cocktail Class Menu

Basil Smash - muddled basil leaves, lime, splash of soda, whiskey, cranberry juice

Pomegranate Cosmo - Stoli citrus vodka, triple sec, fresh lime juice, pomegranate juice

Lychee Martini - vodka, lychee juice, lychee nut garnish

Maker's Orchard - Maker's Mark, ginger syrup, ginger beer, apple garnish

Pomegranate Lychee Bellini - vodka, pomegranate juice, lychee juice, sparkling white wine, lychee nut garnish

Frozen Mango Martini - vodka, triple sec, mango puree, diced mango
