The Robey’s 2nd floor 90’s throwback bar Clever Coyote is bringing back a part of Chicago's food scene, the pizza puff. The pizza puff originated in Chicago back in the 1970s.
Clever Coyote wanted to put a spin on the dish, partnering up with creators of the original pizza puff Italico Foods, and adding in zesty buffalo chicken, served with raw carrots, ranch, and blue cheese crumbles on top. This bar snack staple pairs with any number of Clever Coyotes signature drinks, especially their Black Hole Sun.
The pizza puff will be available starting March 1st. This offer is limited while supplies last.
