Cindy’s Rooftop is launching its Hot Cocktail Pop-Up, starting November 6th. This pop-up features a menu of classic cold-weather cocktails, each reimagined with a vegan twist by beverage manager Kylie McCalla. 

Cindy’s Hot Cocktail Pop-Up replaced traditional dairy ingredients with vegan alternatives. Options include:

  • Hot Cocoa – Remy Martin 1738, vegan cocoa, cinnamon, topped with vegan whipped cream

  • Mulled Wine – Cointreau, red wine, tawny port, orange, lemon, ginger, and a warming blend of winter spices

  • Buttered Rum – Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, vegan butter, oat milk gelato, brown sugar, and spices

  • Hot Toddy – Westland Whiskey, rotating seasonal syrup from Appel’s, and fresh lemon
