Chuck’s: A Kerry Simon Kitchen Celebrates The Holiday Season With The Trotter Project And Students From C-Cap Organization On December 10
December 4, 2015
Joining the Property’s Long-Standing Support for WhyHunger, Chuck’s Hosts an Afternoon of Activities for Students Interested in the Hospitality Industry
The holidays are in full swing at Hard Rock Hotel Chicago this year! Chuck’s: A Kerry Simon Kitchen is indulging in the charitable spirit of the holidays by supporting Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), a national non-profit organization that provides at-risk students with the opportunity to become engaged in the culinary arts through scholarships, job training, internships, teacher training and college and career advising. The restaurant will be joined by C-CAP partner organization The Trotter Project, a non-profit that seeks to unite those interested in the culinary arts, hospitality and service industries, to further educate and inspire them to pursue their professional dreams.
Hard Rock International will continue its tradition of joining forces with Yoko Ono Lennon and WhyHunger to help combat childhood hunger and poverty. In support of that mission, guests and fans of Hard Rock are invited to make donations in the Rock Shop at Hard Rock Hotel Chicago for a wish tag, then write wishes down and place it on the hotel’s Wish Tree.
