The full menu will be on offer, and Christmas specials include a Paulina Meat Market Holiday Sausage (turkey, cranberries, cornbread stuffing, Cajun spices) served on a brioche roll with turkey gravy, savory stuffing and cranberry sauce. The regular Saturday specials, which include $4 Goose Island drafts, $5 Jack Daniel’s cocktails, $5 select vodka Red Bull cocktails and $5 select bombs will also be on offer.
