From there, it's topped with julienne sliced ham, pan fried tamago egg, cucumber, wood ear mushroom, fresh tomato, red ginger, and scallion oil, drizzled with a refreshing yuzu soy sauce. Available regular size $13.95, or X-Large $15.95.
