The event will pay homage to Chicago's rich history with a focus on the craft of Italian cuisine. In addition to showcasing their best red sauce, participating restaurants will also offer guests samples of some of their hand-selected favorite bites. Guests will also enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, limoncello, and Italian music.
The panel of well-versed Chicago foodies and writers will choose their favorite dish to determine the winner. Judges include:
