Chef and Owner Pepe Barajas has designed a special Cinco de Mayo and ongoing menu of family-style options including the Parrillada (grilled skirt steak, chicken breast, housemade chorizo, grilled veggies, rajas poblanas, rice and beans) and a vegetarian option.
