Leading up to tickets going live on July 23rd, Chicago Gourmet is hosting a "Best Dressed" plating competition, inspired by the 2024 theme of ‘Fashion, Plated’. Ten chefs will compete online for public votes by showcasing photos of their stylishly plated dishes. The chef who receives the most votes will receive an honorarium for their chosen charity. Participants include:

Chef Joe Flamm (Rose Mary)
Chef Lorena Garcia (CHICA)
Chef Dominique Leach (Lexington Betty Smokehouse)
Chef Dylan Patel (avec)

Chef Devon Quinn (Eden)
Chef Sujan Sarkar (Indienne/SIFR)
Chef Art Smith (Chef Art Smith’s Reunion)
Chef Jenner Tomaska (Esmé)
