Chicago Chefs Cook, the humanitarian non-profit organization, will host its inaugural, ‘I Cook For’ benefit on March 20, 2025, at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. More than 25 of the city's chefs, pastry chefs, and mixologists will gather for an evening designed to showcase their culinary artistry and raise critical funds for local and global causes. Each chef will personally select a charity that represents their identity, with a portion of the net proceeds benefiting both their chosen organizations and Chicago Chefs Cook.
With the support of LRG Marketing, the event will take place at Adorn Bar & Restaurant on the hotel's seventh floor from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It will showcase tasting stations featuring creations from Chicago's chefs, highlighting the city's diverse culinary scene and the meaning behind its food. Guests can enjoy crafted cocktails by mixologists, including lead bartender Adam Chase from Adorn Bar, while enjoying live performances from DJ and jazz trio Rick King's Royal Hustle. A live recording of the Terms of Service podcast will take place during the event.
General admission tickets are available for $200 per person. For those looking to elevate their experience, VIP tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP tickets are priced at $250 per person and include an exclusive early-access hour from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM hosted by sommelier Belinda Chang. A limited number of room accommodations are available at a special rate for VIP attendees. VIP and general admission tickets are available for purchase at chicagochefscook.org/benefit. If you can’t attend but would still like to support, or if you’d like to make an additional contribution, donations can be made at donate.chicagochefscook.org/ICF-2025.
"This event is very much a celebration of the chefs in our city— a moment of appreciation for who they are and what they do," said Chef Sarah Stegner, Co-Founder. Added Co-Founder Darren Gest, “There is so much meaning and purpose behind chefs’ dedication to their craft. The 'I Cook For' Benefit is a tribute to that.”
The ‘I Cook For’ Benefit will celebrate the diverse community of chefs who shape the city’s culinary identity, spotlighting the deeper purpose behind each chef’s passion—who they cook for, what they stand for, and the impact they strive to make every day.
Participating chefs include:
Aaron Cuschieri, The Dearborn
Adam Chase, Adorn Bar & Restaurant
Arshiya Farheen, Verzênay Chicago
Art Smith, Hector Guerrero, Chef Art Smith`s Reunion
