Chef Sebastian White ofThe Evolved Network (TEN), a nonprofit that provides classroom experiential culinary arts and gardening programming that equips underserved youth with skills, support, and healing, is teaming up with Chef Diana Dávilaof Mi Tocaya to collaborate on a dinner to benefit the Evolved Network.
This event will feature a cocktail hour followed by a five-course tasting menu with optional drink pairings crafted by Chefs Diana Dávila and Sebastian White. All proceeds will support The Evolved Network to directly fund its programs.
The event will take place on February 17, from 6 to 9 PM at Mi Tocaya Antojeria. Tickets are $222 with the drink pairing or $148 without the drink pairing. Tickets are available via The Evolved Network's website.
