Chef Joya is hosting two back-to-back pop-up dinners in Chicago as part of her newly-launched culinary tour, The Taste of Motown Dining Experience. On Wednesday, April 5 and Thursday, April 6, guests can join Chef Joya for a 12-person multi-course vegan dinner that's been inspired by the greats of Motown, including Jackson 5 Gumbo Z Herbes, The Supremes Cabernet Braised Mignon, and The Temptations Dark Chocolate Ganache Brownie, among other dishes.
