This month, guest can partake in Chef Donald Young’s culinary experience through multicourse menus served communally during ticketed events held in a secret location on the following dates:
Friday, August 18 at 7 p.m. (15-course)
Saturday, August 19 at 5:30 p.m. (seven-course)
Saturday, August 19 at 8:30 p.m. (15-course)
A cross between a dinner party and a fine dining restaurant experience, up to 18 attendees will be offered 15 courses of contemporary American cuisine, featuring seasonal ingredients and preservation and dry-aging techniques.
Attendees can choose selections like including “Quako” Yaki with katsuobushi, mango habanero and shio komb; Winter Squash Crème Brulee with squash, endive and truffle, Black Cod with carrot, kish mish and blossoms; Memories of Culver’s starring ‘Reeses,’ cookie dough and chocolate and more.
Tickets are available now on Tock, and the location of each event will be revealed to attendees 24-36 hours in advance.
