Lillie's Q will be hosting their second annual BarbeCure charity event on Wednesday, April 27 at District Brew Yards. This year's theme will be chicken wings and Chicago chefs Stephanie Izard, Zach Engel, Brian Jupiter, Tim Flores and Genie Kwon will be showcasing their own take on chicken wings, asking guests to vote for their favorite. In addition to the chicken wing challenge, guests will be able to select food from Lillie's Q, dessert and beer from District Brew Yards while raising money for breast cancer. This will be a ticked event open to the public.

Lillie’s Q Chef and Founder, Charlie McKenna created BarbeCure as a means to raise funds for cancer research and positively impact families and communities affected by cancer. BarbeCure raises funds through events, specialty product sales and donations. Funds raised are donated to the McKenna family’s foundation, the Katherine McKenna Brother’s Scholarship Fund as well as a rotating charity. Our April event will raise funds for the KMB Fund and the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation.

The event will be at District Bew Yards from 6-8:30pm. Tickets are $75 and can be purchased here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2nd-annual-barbecure-hosted-by-lillies-q-tickets-296900947727
