For all the fat cats and dirty rats out there, Chef de Cuisine Eric Sjaaheim is kicking off the Year of the Rat with an exclusive Chinese New Year Menu featuring once-it’s-gone-it’s-gone Cheeseburger Shumai with beef, American cheese, cornichon, special sauce, iceberg lettuce, mustard, and chilli ketchup that Sjaaheim describes as, “if Red Hot Ranch had dumplings, and Fat Rat Tail Wok-Seared Noodle with red peppers, rats ear mushroom, celery, scallions, and umami sauce. Pair one of the four offerings with a limited-time baijiu, a traditional drink used to celebrate the New Year. The one of a kind baijiu menu features carafes, flights, and specialty cocktails like the Rat Race with Ming River baijiu, pinhook rye, fino sherry, banana, and spiced pear bitters.

Now through February 2nd from 11 a.m. until sold out, get your rat pack together to try this limited time menu, featuring Cheeseburger Shumai, Fat Rat Tail Noodle, Mapo Tofu Stuffed Branzino, and the “Sweet Dreams are Made of These,” a brûléed goat cheese mousse with eight treasures chutney, thyme honey, and salted duck shortbread.
