The line-up is complete for Chicago's first weeklong celebration of Charcuterie. Participating restaurants and shops will feature special Charcuterie creations throughout the week, and then join forces for
Charc Bites, the official Charc Week cocktail party.
On Thursday 2/26, you can catch all of the participants at The Dawson for Charc Bites. The party will feature food, specialty pairings, and the Fireplace Lounge, where table guests will be treated to champagne toasts, oysters, macarons, and more.
CH Distillery will be serving West Loop Salumi at their cocktail bar, as well as a Salumi Back, consisting of their Peppercorn Vodka, and a slice of WLS salami.
Moody Tongue Brewing Company will be pouring their Steeped Emperor's Lemon Saison at Charc Bites, and at certain restaurants.
Full menus will be released in February. For now, there are rumors of collaborations with Rare Tea Cellar, Perkins Custom Cuts, and more.
