Chef Richard Sandoval has recently opened his first cocktail-forward Nikkei lounge, Casa Chi on the ground floor of InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile. The beverage program combines the smokiness of mezcal with the traditional flavors of sake, mirroring the heart of the Casa Chi experience. Led by Head of Mixology Riesler Morales, Casa Chi offers an agave-forward tequila and mezcal list, with over 142 selections available in flights, tastings and mixed cocktails.

The Smith hosts happy hour and brunch on NASCAR weekend. Happy Hour is available Monday-Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and includes $2.00 oysters, $6.00 snacks, and $10.00 cocktails.

Three Dots and a Dash offers a selection of rum from across the globe and the team creates cocktails using fresh exotic fruits and spices, rums and distilled spirits, and juices and elixirs that are cold-pressed and concocted in house every day.
Bodega Taqueria y Tequila
Bodega Taqueria y Tequila in River North invites everyone for the "Pit Stop,” a race themed celebration. On Saturday, DJ Tequila Papi will entertain from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday extends the revelry with Jose Cuervo drink specials available all day and night, ensuring that the NASCAR spirit is alive and well throughout the weekend. Petterino’s has been reopened with a completely refreshed interior, expanded outdoor dining area and reimagined food menu and beverage program led by Executive Chef Ozzy Amelotti. Guests will find dishes like Prime Meatballs, Chicken Piccata and Bone Marrow Risotto Milanese. As well as classic Italian dishes, Petterino’s also offers diners items like black Angus cheeseburgers, housemade pastas and pizzettas.

Bandit will host a NASCAR Talladega Nights at Bandit on Two: Round 2, on Saturday, July 6, an evening of entertainment complete with a Chicago-style hot dog, NASCAR beer cooler, and bomb pop jello shots.

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila West Loop hosts "Speakeasy Speedway" event on July 6-7, celebrating NASCAR Weekend with a blend of race-themed festivities, special drink offers, and DJ performances. Guests can choose from drink specials, including $7 Jose Cuervo shots and $12 frozen Piña Coladas, and a lineup of DJs. On Saturday, Maximo will set the stage from 9 p.m. to midnight, followed by Savi, who will keep the beats going until 3 a.m. The party continues into Sunday with Maximo returning to play from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., before Dolo takes over from 9 p.m. to midnight.
