This winter, Ceres' Table invites guests to take their taste buds on a culinary and enological tour of the Campagna region of Italy during a special wine dinner on Wednesday, February 11. Winemaker Massimo Alois will guide guests through a paired dinner featuring wines from his award-winning Italian wineries, Fattoria Alois and Donna Paolina.
Guests will gather around the restaurant's communal Vintner's Table to experience the wines and learn more about the wine-producing region in Italy. Executive Chef Giuseppe Scurato's menu for the exclusive wine dinner includes:
