Frontier

Frontier offers specially curated holiday themed cocktails & s'mores packages in celebration of the season. With private & semi-private spaces available in their 2nd floor lounge, an all-weather beer garden, and main dining room, Frontier offers a variety of different spaces to book, along with the option to also rent all three for a buyout!  Frontier is opening up booking now for groups of 50-350!   • ALL-WEATHER BEER GARDEN – Capacity: 100 guests

Frontier’s heated/all-weather beer garden, adjacent to the main bar, is an extension of the main dining room. Throughout the winter, the roof is closed and the beer garden’s stone fireplace is always stocked, creating a festive ambience for nighttime revelers.  

This will be a shared space unless you have at least 75+ guests, which would be a buyout. Frontier will seat smaller groups at various tables on the main floor. Food and beverage minimums will be required to reserve a table in this space along with pre-ordered food from the large party menu.

Pre-ordered from the large party menu, including per person packages, an appetizer spread or whole animal dinners, are required for groups over 6.

  • SECOND FLOOR LOUNGE – Capacity: 40-90 guests

Frontier’s 2nd floor upstairs lounge features a full service bar, private restrooms, and numerous flat screen televisions. Exposed timber and natural brick accents provide a warm, inviting ambience for special events, while floor-to-ceiling windows add light and create a sense of space. A stone fireplace warms the room on cold nights and highlights the rustic charm. Please note there is no elevator to this space. This area can also be divided into two event spaces with a natural divide of a 20 foot bar in the middle of the room, or it can be reserved as a full buyout.

Pre-ordered food is required from Frontier’s large party menu in this space, including per person packages, an appetizer spread, or whole animal dinners. Individual orders are not accepted and Frontier does require a 25 person minimum for a semi-private event. Food and beverage minimums will also be required to reserve the space.

Ina Mae Tavern

Holiday party buyouts are available for groups of 40-120 guests. With customizable food & drink packages available, Ina Mae is prepared to host a holiday party tailored to your needs. Taking it a step further, Ina Mae Tavern also offers the opportunity to include live music & performances where they will book the acts on your behalf, unless otherwise advised. Tanta

Tanta’s private dining room is located on the restaurant’s second floor next to its seasonal rooftop terrace. Tanta offers family-style menu options, food stations, and passed appetizer packages for cocktail receptions. Tanta’s bar packages are designed to include all of their Signature House Cocktails. Food and beverage options can be customized to fit your needs.

The Private Dining Room, located on the Rooftop Terrace level, spans 950 sq ft and features a stylish design, a full-service private bar, a view of the rooftop terrace, and is equipped for A/V needs. This space is also handicap accessible with restrooms conveniently located on the same floor.

Mordecai

Mordecai’s menu features a blend of traditional American classics and reimagined favorites, with a focus by Chef Matthias Merges on sourcing fresh, local ingredients. 

Mordecai’s seasonal bar menu offers something for everyone, from classic cocktails, to local beer and some of their favorite wines. Located adjacent to Hotel Zachary and directly across from Wrigley Field, the versatile space is ideal for a full-service dinner or a casual event.

  • MAIN DINING – Capacity: 32-42 seated, 85 standing (reception style)

Beautifully lit, well decorated, and spacious, Mordecai’s main dining room is a spot to host your holiday party. Located right across from Wrigley Field, this venue is a space to come together in celebration of loved ones, holiday festivities, and Chicago history. 

  • UPSTAIRS PRIVATE ROOM – Capacity: 24 seated, 40 standing (reception style)

Mordecai’s upstairs private room is a place to host a happy hour or before/after game drinks. This space has been transformed to a winter wonderland where guests can rent out Mordecai’s festive pop-up bar, ‘Mistletoe,’ for their holiday party (maximum capacity may be reduced in terms of what would be comfortable).

  • FULL BUYOUT – Capacity: 120-140 standing between two floors (reception style)

Guests can enjoy an American-inspired menu of reimagined favorites and creatively crafted cocktails across the full space, spanning the main dining room and upstairs bar.

Francois Frankie

Located at 222 W. Randolph Street, Francois Frankie is an American Brasserie and Carousel Bar by Well Done Hospitality. Francois Frankie offers weekday lunch, dinner, classic cocktails, and an extensive wine list to diners in Chicago’s Loop. The cuisine is crafted by Well Done Hospitality’s Chef Mike Sheerin.

Amenities available at François Frankie include Frankie's rotating carousel ride, floor-to-ceiling windows facing Randolph Street, custom printed menus, customizable floor plans, coat check service, three brandable televisions, and a wireless microphone. A preferred vendor list is available upon request for photography, florist, A/V, and live music services, as well as hotel accommodations. 

  • THE QUEUE (FRONT LOUNGE) – Capacity: 14 seated, 30 reception style

Francois Frankie loves to have his friends join him in The Queue for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and sometimes a seated dinner too! Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows lining bustling Randolph Street in this semi-private event canvas. Great for receptions, petite seated dinners and as an addition to The Carousel!

  • THE CAROUSEL (BAR & ROUNDABOUT LOUNGE) – Capacity: 39 seated, 75 reception style

A reception to include Francois Frankie’s stories, cocktails and a ride — oh my! Spin around the room every hour, while enjoying custom art above depicting Frankie’s shenanigans in this entertaining reception space. As Frankie shares his stories over his favorite bubbles, guests are welcome to ride The Carousel and enjoy the roundabout lounge as well!

  • THE COURTYARD (MAIN DINING ROOM)  – Capacity: 66 seated, 100 reception style

On any given day, Francois Frankie invites you to the Courtyard to play! This elegant dining room offers luxurious aesthetics inspired by the charming courtyards of Paris. Set for dinner, reception, or a bit of both - this space is a planner’s playground allowing an array of events!

  • FRANÇOIS FRANKIE (VENUE EXCLUSIVE) – Capacity: 120 seated, 200 reception style

Here's how you do the François Frankie: enter The Queue (for a quick hors d'oeuvres or two), spin around The Carousel (enjoying a glass of bubbles as well), and join them in The Courtyard for more fun after your ride (dinner or reception... whatever you decide!).

Taureaux Tavern

Taureaux Tavern is an elevated yet inviting French-inspired restaurant and bar in the heart of Chicago’s Loop neighborhood.   • MAIN DINING ROOM – Capacity: 70 seated, 100 reception style

Highlights of this space include a 20-foot tall ceiling, wooden and mosaic tile flooring, and large South and East-facing windows. 

  • MAIN BAR – Capacity: 100 reception style

A 20-foot tall ceiling, North, East, and West-facing windows, as well as low-top and banquette seating, come together to create a warm and inviting environment for celebrations. This space is for semi-private groups of 8-100 people.

  • VERANDA – Capacity: 50 seated, 75 reception style

Taureaux Tavern's patio sets a cozy tone year-round, rain, snow, or shine, for your event. During the colder months, it is protected from the elements and heated to ensure maximum comfortability for your guests. Also, it is dog-friendly, for the four-legged friends on the guest list!

  • FULL BUYOUT – Capacity: 120 seated, 300 reception style (excluding veranda)

Ideal for larger events or if you would like an added touch of privacy, a full buyout encompasses all of the interior private dining spaces mentioned above.
