Barbakoa’s cuisine and cocktail list are both heavily influenced by Mexican flavors, and the restaurant will pay homage to the country’s freedom on Wednesday, September 16th. The celebration will kick off at 6pm with a pig roast on the patio, complete with a piñata and other festive decorations. Grab a complimentary slow-roasted pork taco from Chef Dudley Nieto and wash it down with a $5 margarita. Chef Dudley will also prepare green, white, and red tamales for $5.
