Casamigos​ Tequila Dinner at Cantina Laredo, Saturday 2/28

Cantina Laredo in River North will hold a Casamigos tequila dinner on Saturday, February 28. The event will begin with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m., followed by a multi course meal at 7:30 p.m. Participating guests will learn the history of Casamigos tequila created by George Clooney and Rande Gerber, sip a variety of neat pours (blanco; reposado; anejo) and enjoy modern Mexican dishes paired with cocktails.

Chef de Cuisine Kennon Reed's menu will include a starter, soup/salad, choice of entree (Tampiqueno Steak with crab enchilada; Pork Tomahawk with burgundy blueberry sauce and grilled mushrooms) and dessert paired with tequila cocktails (Sunset-tini; Tequila Berry Spritzer; Fancy Paloma; Texas Martini). A representative from Casamigos tequila will lead this fun and educational tasting event.
