Cantina Laredo in River North will hold a Casa Noble tequila dinner on Saturday, September 19. The event will begin with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m., followed by a four course meal at 7:30 p.m. Participating guests will learn the history of Casa Noble, sip a variety of neat pours and enjoy modern Mexican dishes paired with tequila cocktails.
Chef Hector Rivera's menu will feature Chicharrón de Queso Chalupa to start, followed by Watermelon Salad, choice of entree (Filet Tampiqueño with crimini mushroom sauce; Halibut with artichokes and grape tomatoes) and Coconut Pecan ice cream to finish. Each course will be paired with a creative tequila cocktail. A representative from Casa Noble tequila will lead this fun and educational tasting event.
