New Menu Latin American West Loop

Carnivale, Latin-fusion cuisine located in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood, is hitting it's 10-year anniversary in September 2015 and will commemorate the special occasion with a yearlong celebration.

The Carnivale experience is always fresh, new and creative and to pay tribute to the early days of Carnivale, old favorites with a new twist will be featured as monthly "throwback" items.

January will feature:

  • Food - Aaroz con pato (Peruvian) - Crispy duck fried rice, pan roasted duck breast and salsa verde
  • Drink - Juniper Blossom - Hendricks gin, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, orange, lime, cucumber, soda

A year long social media contest asks Facebook fans to share Carnivale memories and photos from the last ten years with the hashtag #colorful10. Once a month, one entry will be chosen to win dinner for 2 and tickets to the exclusive anniversary party that will be held in September. Other social media and in-house contests and promotions will be held throughout the year.

In-house special events to look forward to include Pre-Valentine's Day Fashion Show Brunch, Mardi Gras Week, a Halloween bash and more. Additional events include but are not limited to Restaurant Week, First Bites Bash, Baconfest, Chicago Gourmet and more.

"The guest experience at Carnivale is so memorable and we constantly see this in the comments on social media and stories that people tell about dates at Chicago's "sexiest restaurant," said General Manager Tim Griffin. "10 years is a huge milestone and we're excited to take this opportunity to hear these stories and help our guests to create new ones."

Since opening in 2005, Carnivale has established itself as one of the premier dining experiences in Chicago's West Loop. Exotic, energetic and global, the festive atmosphere of Carnivale is a singular experience.
