Carnivale Hosts Pajama Brunch and Champagne Cocktail Class in January

Carnivale, located in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood hosts a Pajama Brunch on Sunday, January 15 from 10:30am to 3pm and Carnivale University: Champagne Cocktails and Sabering on Thursday, January 25 begins at 6:30pm.

Carnivale's Pajama Brunch - Indulge in comfort by wearing your best PJ's. All guests wearing pajamas will receive a complimentary Mimosa. The brunch will include Carnivale favorites like -- Banana Nutella French Toast - French toast stuffed with bananas and Nutella, topped with fresh whipped cream, brown butter, pineapple syrup, Chicken 'N Waffles - Cuban-Korean spiced crispy chicken, over waffles, served with chipotle maple syrup,  Build-It-Yourself Bloody Mary Bar - equipped with a Bloody Mary concierge to help guests craft the perfect drink, and table side Mimosa Kits - trio of juices and fresh berries. This brunch will also feature a live DJ and photo booth.

Carnivale University Champagne Cocktails & Sabering -  Learn how to make three unique cocktails featuring JCB No. 21, see a sabering demonstration, and a select few guests will get to saber a bottle of champagne. Tickets are $35 per person. Carnivale University is a monthly class led by Carnivale's in-house master mixologist, who will guide guests through crafting three cocktails. CU also includes delicious appetizer samples hand selected by Executive  Chef Rodolfo Cuadros. Participants must be 21.
