Carlucci is now open for brunch. Every Sunday from 11 am – 2 pm, Chef Dana Heffernan will serve traditional brunch options like sausage and goat cheese frittatas and steak and eggs, as well as not-so-traditional specials, including:
- Chicken Cacciatore Hash – Served with Carlucci potatoes, roasted chicken, bell peppers, onion, cremini mushroom, Grana Padano and fried egg.
- Pancetta Benedict – House made pancetta served with an English muffin, brown butter hollandaise and poached egg.
In addition to brunch bites inspired by culinary traditions across Italy and a $5 mimosa drink special, Carlucci is offering customers a complimentary tarot reading by psychic and astrologist, Victoria Martin.
And, to celebrate the change of seasons, Chef Heffernan has also launched a new spring menu:
- Cozze – Simply sauteed mussels served in white wine, butter, mascarpone, and Calabrian chili.
- Polpo – Seared octopus, charred carrot, senise chili, roasted red pepper puree.
- Lobster Ravioli – Served in a saffron cream with smoked trout caviar and red-vein sorrel.
- Salmone – Sauteed in lemon caper butter, sundried tomato, kalamata olive, blood orange and parsnip.
