Cantina Laredo Launches New Happy Hour Menu

Cantina Laredo, located in River North, has launched a new happy hour menu. Dining and bar guests will be offered beverage and bites at a discounted price, Monday-Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Happy hour is offered in the large bar area as well as in the second floor lounge. 

Chef Daniel Espinoza's modern Mexican menu items include: Queso Laredo; Chicken or Beef Quesadilla; Chili con Queso, Flautitas; Ahi Tuna Tacos; Ceviche; Tlayuda; and Tacos. Domestic and imported beer, house cocktails, wine and Casa 'Ritas round out the featured happy hour drinks.

Quesadilla with chicken or beef, monterey jack, green onions and tomato $7

Queso Laredo with seasoned chorizo and pico de gallo $4.50

Chili con Queso with jalapeno and tomato $3.75

Flautitas with pulled chicken, roasted poblano sauce, crisp lettuce, black bean puree, pico de gallo, queso fresco, cilantro and monterey jack $5.25

Ahi Tuna Tacos - three crisp tacos with sushi grade tuna, jicama, ginger slaw, guacamole, pickled red onion and chipotle aioli $7.25 Ceviche with shrimp, pineapple, jicama, cucumber and salsa cruda $7.50

Tlayuda - crispy Oaxacan tortilla, dark mole, queso cotija, chorizo, pickled cabbage slaw and crema $7.25

Tacos - three per order, Pollo y Chicharron $7; Carne Asada $7.50; Barbacoa $7.75; Pescado $7.75
