Café Robey is reopening for dinner on May 19th (for the first time since early 2020) and the Cabana Club is reopening for summer with new drink/food menus on May 20th.

Chef Michael Elliot is a Chicago native and Kendall College grad - he's worked at Hearth and Northbound and has a love of seasonal, rustic Midwestern dishes. The Café Robey dinner menu has shareables like housemade Ricotta, baby beets with whipped goat cheese, seasonal soups/salads, classics like a Double Cheeseburger with bacon onion jam and a Nashville Chicken sandwich, all-day options, and entrees like Roasted Chicken with parmesan orzo and Gnocchi with snap peas, crispy prosciutto and truffle sauce, and Tagliatelle with mushroom bolognese. He works with Nichols Farm and Ellis Family Farms, etc. for fresh, seasonal produce. The restaurant's classic brunch will still be available daily in the mornings. Hours for Café Robey are 7am-9pm Sun-Thurs and 7am-10pm Fri-Sat.

The Cabana Club (rooftop pool/bar) has a new menu of 10+ different frozen margaritas and piña coladas that guests can also get on the rocks.
