Burger and Sushi House (B.A.S.H.), located in Geneva, Illinois will host a week-long Belated Grand Opening and Patio Debut Party beginning Tuesday, May 16 through Saturday, May 20. B.A.S.H. opened in September 2022 as a modern eatery that features a menu by Executive Chef Joseph Mosconi (Venteux, TAO Las Vegas, Honey Salt Las Vegas). The menu offers hand-crafted burgers, classic and specialty sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, a variety of mac ‘n cheeses, a kid’s menu and more. 

The week-long celebration will feature giveaways and daily specials like free crab rangoon with purchase on Tuesday, May 16, half-price wine on Wednesday, May 17, and BOGO half-price burgers on Thursday, May 18. Guests who dine-in throughout the week will be entered for a chance to win prizes like cocktail kits, gift cards, merchandise and more.

On Friday, May 19, B.A.S.H. will host a belated grand opening bash beginning at 11 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony complete with passed sushi rolls, sliders and frozen cocktails samples. Making an official debut at the celebration will be Geneva’s newest patio, a shaded area with seating for 96 guests. Six outdoor seats pull up to an indoor sushi bar and several garage doors that open to the outside.

B.A.S.H. Geneva is the restaurant's second location in Illinois. B.A.S.H. was established in 2013 in Ottawa just outside Starved Rock State Park. After renovations, B.A.S.H. Geneva opened in September 2022 in the building known to locals as the Viking Office Supply.
