Dusek's, the seasonal Midwestern restaurant with a wood-fire focus from Chef Ben Truesdell on the main level of the Thalia Hall building, is launching brunch starting on Sun, Apr 17th! Reservations will be available through Open Table here.

  • Rotating Pastries from Chef Ashley Robinson: Walnut Tamari Sticky Bun, Scallion Knots with everything spice, Milk Bread donuts with rotating glazes.
  • Classics: Biscuits and Gravy with calabrian chile sausage, Classic Benny with Tasso ham, Brunch burger with Dusek's special sauce, Avo Toast with marinated kale, salsa macha, scrambled eggs, and sesame bread.
  • Dusek's Specials: Steak and Eggs with 3 Sisters black beans, chimichurri, eggs, and sungolds, Hash with corned beef, potato, sauerkraut, French Toast with whipped ricotta, blueberries, almond, and mint, Beet Salad with fromage blanc and sauce gribiche, and a Mushroom Scramble with pickled shallot, dill, creme fraiche, and toast.
  • Seafood and Sides: Oysters at MP and shrimp cocktail, and sides include: hash browns, Nueske's bacon, breakfast sausage, and Middlebrow toast.
