This exclusive wine dinner explores the flavors and heritage of Gaintza wines, paired with dishes crafted by Guest Chef James Martin and his team from Bocadillo Market, alongside Bronzeville Winery's Chef Lamar Moore.
Gaintza’s wines include the Txakolina, the Aitako, the Roses, and the La Antigua Clásico Reserva. A multi-course dinner includes menu items such as crispy duck paella and more.
