The Bourbon Legends Boxcar Tour today announced it will add a stop in Chicago to its schedule of immersive bourbon pop-up events touring the country this fall. The tour will be hosted at Wrigley Field, the ballpark home of the 2016 World Series Champions Chicago Cubs, Nov. 7-8, 2018.
Anchored by four of the industry’s well known brands – Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark, Knob Creek and Basil Hayden’s – the Bourbon Legends Boxcar Tour will offer Chicagoland’s bourbon fans the chance to experience a distiller’s-eye-view, from inside one of the ballpark. The addition of a Chicago Bourbon Legends Boxcar experience, which will be constructed in the outfield of Wrigley Field, comes after three sold-out events in Denver, Houston and Cleveland earlier this fall.
At the event, guests will have the opportunity to interact with bourbon experts and participate in tastings in a multi-sensory environment that brings the distilleries, stories and tastes of these Kentucky Straight Bourbons to life. The Chicago experience will also feature bespoke cocktails, authentic Kentucky barbeque, exclusive field access, photo-worthy moments and much more.
The Bourbon Legends Boxcar Tour, a by-invitation event for guests 21 year and older, will be open for two days only on November 7-8, 2018, from 5-10 p.m. Fans interested in attending must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance at www.bourbonboxcar.com to secure their spot. Space is limited. To reserve a spot, guests will need to obtain an access code through email from the Bourbon Legends Boxcar website.
