On Wednesday, July 19th, guests can partake in a wine-filled evening led by Napa Valley winemaker, Rosemary Cakebread. She leads the team at Gallica Winery, whose mission is to make single-vineyard, organic wines that tell the story of each vintage. Over the course of the evening, guests will taste a selection of Gallica wines, complimented by a five-course tasting menu of Summer flavors curated by Boka’s culinary team. 

The five-course tasting menu will consist of:

1st course:

  • 2016 Gallica Albarinho, Rorick Heritage Vineyard, Calaveras County
  • Sweet Corn Tart with Sea Urchin and Maple
  • Cucumber White Grape Gazpacho with Buckwheat and Ricotta Salata
  • Foie Gras Gougeres with Raspberry, Honey and Lavender

2nd course:

  • 2022 Gallica Estate Rose, Saint Helena, Napa Valley
  • Lightly Cured Kampachi with strawberry, turnip and spruce 

3rd course:

  • 2019 Gallica Grenache, Rossi Ranch, Sonoma Valley
  • Swiss Chard Cappelletti with mustard and smoked butter sabayon

4th course:

  • 2012 Gallica Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa Valley
  • 2016 Gallica Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa Valley
  • 2019 Gallica Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa Valley
  • Chatel Wagyu Farms Strip with cauliflower, beets, licorice and cherries

5th course:

  • 2018 Petite Sirah, Saint Helena, Napa Valley
  • Mochi Brownie and blueberry
