Bob’s Pizza Hyde Park Now Open

Bob’s Pizza will open its Hyde Park location to the public at 6pm on Wednesday, February 22. 

The Hyde Park location of Bob’s Pizza is its fourth permanent restaurant located in the Harper Court development that features other restaurants including chef Erick Williams’ Daisy’s Po-Boy and Tavern, Ja’ Grill, Jade Court, and more. 

The 3,000 square foot Bob’s Pizza location in Hyde Park will open at 11am seven days a week for dine-in, carryout, and delivery. There are 60 seats at booths and high-top communal tables in addition to six seats at the bar. A 60 seat patio is expected to open late spring. 

Graffiti artists Won Kim and Ian Harris spray painted the two murals inside Bob's Pizza. There's also a "Bubble Hockey" table game that's free for guests to play inside the restaurant. 

The Hyde Park location will feature three exclusive pizzas (and three appetizers & sandwiches) not available at any of the other Bob’s Pizza locations. They are:  

• THE BOB KIM PIZZA ~ a collaboration with Chef Won Kim of Kimski ~ Bacon, Ssam Sauce, Shredded Cabbage, Fried Garlic, Scallions, Tomato Sauce, House Blend Cheese 
• CHICKEN SAUSAGE PIZZA ~ Roasted & Sliced Smoked Chicken Sausage, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Fresh Spinach, Goat Cheese,  House Blend Cheese, Tomato Sauce, Garlic Honey 
• MEATBALL PIZZA ~ Black Angus Beef Meatballs, New Mexico Hatch Chilies, Onions, Roasted Garlic, Fresh Basil, House Blend Cheese, Tomato Sauce 
• CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS APPETIZER ~ Flash-Fried Brussels Sprouts, Pickled Onions, Shaved Parmesan Cheese, White Balsamic, Cracked Black Pepper, Herb Mix.
• BAKED GOAT CHEESE APPETIZER ~ Baked Goat Cheese & Tomato Sauce. Served With Honey & Herb Crusts. 
• MEATBALL SUB ~ Black Angus Beef Meatballs, Tomato Sauce, House Blend Cheese, Fresh Basil, 6” Toasted Roll 

The Hyde Park location will have three different Bob’s Pizza slices from 11am until 4pm daily. They are Bob’s Cheese Pizza, Bob’s Pepperoni Pizza, and Wild Mushroom Pizza. 

Please note the Hyde Park location of Bob’s Pizza (1518 E Harper Court) is opening without its liquor license. Bob’s is aiming to have its full Hyde Park beverage program up and running - featuring rum-spiked Adult Frozen Orange Tangs, Bob’s Irish Coffee Milkshakes, Pineapple Mezcal Margaritas, Old Styles, and more - soon.

Bob’s Pizza Happy Hour is from 4pm to 5pm Monday through Thursday where guests can buy one pizza and get a second pizza for free for carryout or dine-in along with 50% off all beers and all wines by the glass.
