Chef Joe Flamm and Day Off Group are introducing a weekend brunch service at BLVD Steakhouse. Beginning March 30, every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests can now select steakhouse options alongside new dishes like a King Crab Benedict, TK Chopped Salad and Maine Lobster Roll in the restaurant’s all-season covered Atrium. The team will also debut a new beverage menu with brunch-forward cocktails and an expanded list of Champagne and rosé.
“I’ve envisioned brunch in the Atrium since we opened it,” says Flamm. “The space gets so much natural light but is also fully covered so you don’t have to worry about wind, rain or too much heat. You just can’t go wrong starting your Saturday with a patio smash burger or lobster roll and an ice-cold spritz.”
BLVD Steakhouse’s Atrium, which opened in spring of 2022, features an outdoor dining room, a 20-seat bar, and an private event space. Complete with lush greenery, linen curtains, upholstery, and string lighting, the heated, all-season space is covered by an 11-foot-tall wood pergola and can be enclosed with motorized screens to provide protection against the elements.
