Bloom Plant Based Kitchen from Chef Rodolfo Cuadros will host a 10-course tasting dinner on May 29. The dinner will focus on Asian-American and Pacific Island-influenced dishes, and will be 100% plant based. 

There are two seatings available for the dinner at 6 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $100 per person. Diners can add on wine pairings for $40. Reservations are available now via OpenTable.
