Blackwood BBQ Opens in Lakeview

Blackwood BBQ is opening of its third location at 962 W. Belmont Ave. The secret is out for fast paced Loop goers, who have been loyal customers to the BBQ favorite since its opening. Lakeview residents will smell the wafts of smoking BBQ from the Belmont L platform, as the restaurant joins the ever-changing Lakeview neighborhood.

The restaurant prides itself on high quality ingredients and recipes that are made from scratch. All the beef is sourced from familiar farms, and the brisket spends up to fifteen hours in Southern Pride smokers. Even the famed Three Cheese Mac is individually fired and takes four hours to make.
