From May 8 through May 14, Chef Rafa will create a Campechano Burger made with both a beef and smash burger chorizo patty, Oaxaca cheese, poblano aioli and topped with a piece of chicharron. From May 15 through 21, Chef Luis will create a Smoked Gouda and Truffle Burger with an au jus-soaked caramelized onions, horseradish-truffle aioli, smoked gouda-beer sauce and fried jalapeños.
