  • Za’atar Martini - half Lebanese Gin and half vermouth that is infused in-house for 72 hours with dry Hyssop stems. 

Gioia

  • Giardiniera Martini made with Chicago's favorite condiment that actually originated in Italy. 
  • Caprese Martini featuring the flavors of summer tomatoes and basil in a glass. 
  • Giacomilla Martini with bursts of lemon and chamomile or the Frutti di Bosco Martini with floral notes, fresh mint, and berries. 

With every martini order, guests are served edible garnishes and a side serving of Italian snacks.

  • Italian Martini - this one slightly deviates from the norm by using only Italinan liqueurs to construct it, including Malfy Gin, Bordiga Dry Vermouth, Aqua Di Cedro, and Italicus.

Pigtail by José Andrés

  • Inverted Dirty Martini - a base of Spanish blanco vermouth, malty genever and a dash of saline. The Martini is finished with a spherified olive (using Chef José Andrés’s liquid olive technique) and a bit of Valdeón blue cheese in the center.

  • The Art Brut - featuring brie washed gin, basil infused vermouth, garnished with red grapes.

  • Espresso Martini - made with Songbird Coffee Liqueur, Cold Brew and your choice of Farmhouse Vodka or FEW Cold Cut Bourbon,

Offshore Rooftop

  • The Espresso Yourself - an on-the-rocks espresso martini made with Ancho Reyez Chili and Aztec Chocolate.

  • Classic Martini - This classic version of the martini combines gin and vermouth in a chilled glass with a lemon twist.

Formento's 

  • Cinque Terre - This cocktail’s creation was influenced by the martini. The elderflower and mint combine with the Fords Gin and lime juice.

The Up Room

  • Purple Rain - This cocktail has a hit of lavender along with lemon, Aquavit, and an egg white foamy finish. 
  • Espresso Martini - This drink combines vodka, Mr. Black coffee liqueur and amaro with cold brew coffee, demerara and chocolate walnut bitters.
