Chef Bill Kim of bellyQ is inviting guests to explore his flavor-charged new menu,
uniting his approach of unexpected flavor combinations with a
shared-plate inspired menu format that allows guests to order a variety
of items and try more of bellyQ’s dishes than ever before.
Guests will still find their favorite bellyQ dishes on the menu, but
will be delighted by additional creative dishes that will fast become
favorites. The menu is separated into five sections all meant for
sharing. Guests are encouraged to “Follow Their Belly” and start with
small bites (all $5) like Crab Rangoon with Jonah crab and chili lime sauce and Thai Style Fried Chicken with scallion and lime, and continue to larger bites (all $8) including Lamb buns with spiced yogurt and mint and a refreshing Kale & Green Papaya Salad with sesame vinaigrette and crispy rice.
Moving on to larger plates, guests can explore the “Small Belly” section (all $14) with flavorful dishes like Roasted Pork Butt with curry BBQ and Asian giardiniera and Grilled Shrimp & Scallion Skewer with Korean chili glaze and tempura crunch. Inspired “Big Belly” dishes (all $18) include Charred Belly Fire Chicken and Marinated Korean Short Ribs with sesame chimichurri and crispy shallots.
A meal isn’t complete without a “Dish for Your Dish” or two… or three. All sides are $5 and include BBQ Baked Beans with burnt ends and bacon crumble and Warm Kimchi Potato Salad with horseradish, onion and cilantro.
