Bò Tái Chanh
Rib eye, marinated onions, lime, rice paddy herb
Bánh cuốn nhân thịt
Steamed rice crepe, minced pork, woodear mushroom, crispy shallot
Bún chả Hanoi
Hanoi style rice noodle, grilled pork belly, fried pork rolls, Vietnamese herbs
Ticket price includes one of Danielle Dang’s signature hand-crafted cocktails.
A portion of proceeds from the dinner will go towards Cantu Children’s Trus.
