Chef Kim is hosting a special Brunch for Dinner Cooking Demo ($50, all inclusive) on March 8 at 6pm in bellyQ's private Chef's Quarters. Guests that evening will learn the tricks behind making mouthwatering dishes like the Nori Waffle with Sake Maple Syrup, Vietnamese Omelet with Quinoa and Feta Cheese, Tempura Eggs and more.

Each guest will receive a Banana Yogurt Shake and bellyMary, along with the following dishes, served family-style:

Nori Waffle with Lemongrass Sausage
Fried Chicken and Coconut Gravy
Vietnamese Omelet with Quinoa and Feta Cheese
Tea Smoked Duck with Tempura Egg
Skillet Potatoes with Cheddar Cheese and Hoisin BBQ


Additionally, today through March 1, bellyQ is encouraging fans to submit a brunch dish for Chef Kim to re-imagine via bellyQ's Facebook page. One lucky winner will receive two free tickets to the Brunch for Dinner Cooking Demo, and their recipe will be served that evening.
