This Thanksgiving, families can gather around the warm and welcoming tables at Weber Grill as the grilling experts and restaurants’ chefs take on the festive meal to truly give their guests something to be thankful for.

On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, Weber Grill restaurants will open its doors all-day for a coursed ‘Fire-Grilled Thanksgiving Feast’ in addition to its regular dinner menu, plus ‘Thanksgiving Party Platters To-Go’ for those celebrating at home.

Fire-Grilled Thanksgiving Feast Menu

Starter choice of:
Grill Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Mixed Green Salad
Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Carrots, Shaved Red Onion, Croutons, White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Caesar Salad
House made Caesar Dressing, Shaved Parmesan

Main Course:
Grill Roasted Smoked Turkey
Grilled Sausage Stuffing, Traditional Turkey Gravy, Cranberry Sauce

With choice of:
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Whipped Sweet Potatoes

And choice of:
Grilled Asparagus
Grill-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Dessert choice of:
Classic Pumpkin Pie
Chocolate Espresso Pecan Pie

Whole Turkeys and Party Platters To-Go
If Thanksgiving is best celebrated at home, but not necessarily in the kitchen, Weber Grill will be offering Thanksgiving Party Platters To-Go* making entertaining as easy as pie. Each beautifully prepared platter serves 8-10 people including choices like theHarvest Salad or Shrimp Cocktail plus festive classics from whole or sliced Grill-Roasted Smoked Turkey and Beef Tenderloin to Cornbread with Maple Bourbon Butter,Sausage Stuffing and Grill Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Desserts include 10” Chocolate Espresso Pecan Pie or Classic Pumpkin Pie.

*All orders require a 24-hour notice before pick-up, with the exception of Whole Turkey orders. Whole Turkey orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on Friday, November 20. Carryout orders can be picked-up on November 25 all day and November 26 from 10 a.m. to noon.

The special Fire-Grilled Thanksgiving Feast Menu will be available on Thanksgiving Day, November 26 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Lombard and Schaumburg and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. in Chicago. The Thanksgiving Feast Menu is priced at $29.95 for adults and $10.95 for children 10 and under. Thanksgiving Platters are a la carte and prices range from $11.95 to $199.95.
