The Bar Sótano and Jaleo teams are making huge paellas on Bar Sotano’s patio, July 16th. From 3:30-6:30pm, there will be magnums of rosé, live music, oysters on the half-shell, ceviche, passed appetizers, and desserts.

Tickets are available on Resy. $85 per ticket, includes: Paella, Magnums of rosé (1 glass included with ticket) Ceviche, passed appetizers, oysters on the half-shell, live music, and desserts. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to Frontera’s Impact Culinary Training program on Chicago’s west side.
